In this practice, the four phases of the pattern, like the sides of a square, are equal in length. This practice offers the balance of all aspects of being, inner, outer, expressive and receptive.

Any discomfort should be avoided in this practice; if the second or third series are beyond one's capacity, it is better to have more repetitions of the first series.
Visualisation: tracing the luminous lines of the square lying horizontally above the crown.

Attunement: Balance, either mental or emotional, depending upon the pattern chosen.
