The organization of The Sufi in Nature Retreat is beautifully managed by Kuan Yin Pujos-Michel and Jill McAulay of the Banff Sufis. They may be contacted at:
• No part time attendence is possible.
•The Sufi In Nature retreat is limited to 40 participants by the facilities of Quantum Leaps Lodge.
• A place in the retreat cannot be reserved without a deposit.
• Space is limited. Please register early.
• The Registrar will email each registrant confirming room allocations and final balance owing. Your registration will be confirmed once you have agreed on a room assignment.
• Registration and room assignments will be on a first come first serve basis acccording to the postmark of the registration. Please send an email to Jill McAulay after mailing your registration so she is aware of it in advance.
• Registration opens on October 1, 2011 for members of The Sufi Movement in Canada and October 15, 2011 for everyone else. All are welcome.

• A deposit of $350.00 per person is due upon registration
• Your deposit cheque will not be cashed until your room is confirmed by the registrar and you are in agreement with the arrangements.
• Final payment is due 90 days after registration.
• Final payment of registrations received after February 15, 2012 are due by May 15, 2012.
• In the event any final payment deadline is missed, the registrant's name is placed on a waiting list.
We accept Canadian cheques as well as international money orders or bank drafts in Canadian funds.
A) a completed registration form for each person in your party
B) a signed and witnessed waiver for each person in your party
C) a deposit of $350.00 per person registering made out to The Sufi Movement in Canada
D) mail to Jill McAulay at the address above.
Once your registration is confirmed by the Registrar, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation before May 1, 2012 - there will be a $100 cancellation fee charged.
- Cancellation after May 1, 2012 - If we are able to fill your spot you will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your space no refund will be issued.
