About Sunray
Sunray Art & Design is the name of the company in which Herma Ardesch accommodates her work as a graphic designer and artist.
Paintings
Herma paints free as well as in commission, in acrylics, mixed media and watercolour. She is inspired by all living things. She combines partially abstract elements with her fantasy, which almost by itself results in 'dreamscapes'. She is also attracted by symbolism, atmosphere and mysticism of different and ancient cultures.
When working in mixed media she sometimes uses elements like sand, feathers and small stone fragments, which give the two dimensional canvases a subtle third dimension.
